The edit

Earrings

Studs, drops and hoops — light enough for every day, considered enough for the piece to matter.

Light enough to forget you put them on.

Design

Weight first, shape second.

Most of this edit started from the same complaint: earrings that look right for an evening are usually too heavy to wear all day. So we built toward weight first — everything here is light enough to forget you are wearing it.

The shapes came second, borrowed loosely from things that move. Nothing symmetrical for its own sake.

Where it comes from.

Three things this edit keeps returning to.

Water

Drops and tapers that read as movement even when they are sitting still.

Hair

Hoops with a taper, so the curve thickens where it catches the light.

Strings

Long thin lines with one point of weight at the end, borrowed from instruments.

Story

Made in pairs, checked as pairs.

Every pair is finished together and checked side by side before it is boxed, because two earrings that are each fine on their own can still be wrong together.

If you want a single, or a mismatched set, that is a normal request — just say so when you write.
